Checklist of Paperwork Needed

1. Clear copies of an acceptable form of ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, State ID) – both front and back
2. Complete bank statements for checking, savings, and retirement accounts for the past two months
3. Complete statements for other sources of income (e.g., Social Security, Pension, Retirement Award Letters)
4. Current mortgage statement or landlord’s details: name, address, and phone number
5. Homeowner’s insurance policy or the name and phone number of your insurance agent
6. Most recent two years of Federal Income Tax returns (including all schedules)
7. Most recent two years of W-2s
8. Pay stubs covering the most recent 30 days

If you are self-employed, own a business, own rental properties, pay child support/alimony, have outstanding taxes with the IRS, or have any bankruptcy or late payment history, please let us know. We will send you an additional list of paperwork that we may need.
